Chai Vanilla Protein Rice Pudding

Chai Vanilla Protein Rice Pudding ... Topped w/ Bacon 🥓 & Maple Syrup... Why not? I'm just over here trying to hit my carb & protein intake 🤷🏽‍♀️... Sometimes you have to get a little crafty!

Macros:
24P / 38C / 10F

Ingredients:
4oz - Cooked Rice
20g - Bpi Vanilla Swirl Protein
10g - Chai Tea Mix (Trader Joe's)
5g - Maple Syrup
2 - Slices of Bacon
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1 Cup of Water

Directions:
1. Add Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Rice to a small sauce pan with 1 cup of water. On medium heat.. allow to boil for 2 minutes - Stir Frequently
2. Add your bacon in another pan and begin to fry it
3. After 2 minutes, lower the heat and add the Protein & Chai Mix. Stir frequently till it becomes close to a paste and take it off the stove and allow it to cool
4. Place in a bowl, add the Bacon on top and any other items of your choice then drizzle a little Maple 🍁 Syrup on top for some extra love. Or other sweetener.. Maple Syrup is on the IBS approved 📝 
5. Smile as your stomach begins to trust your decisions 😂😜lol
